By using RevenueKit.ai, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

What We Provide

RevenueKit.ai is a software service that connects to your HubSpot account and provides:

  • AI-powered analytics and insights from your HubSpot data.
  • Deal tracking and pipeline analysis.
  • Pattern recognition to help you close more deals.

Your Account

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service.
  • Reverse engineer or copy our software.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the service.

Payments and Subscriptions

For paid plans:

  • You will be billed monthly or annually based on your chosen plan.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion for annual plans within 14 days of purchase.

Your Data

You own your data. We access your HubSpot data only to provide the service. You can disconnect your HubSpot account and delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Service Availability

We strive to keep RevenueKit.ai running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally need to pause the service for maintenance or updates. We will try to notify you in advance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

RevenueKit.ai is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
